What does “teamwork” mean to us? For example, that we value and respect our team members. That we trust each other and assume special responsibility—and work in an exceptional culture. And that we are passionate about our customers’ success. It sounds obvious, but it can’t be emphasized enough.
Who’s on our team? Software developers and software architects, QA managers and project managers, and career starters from a wide range of disciplines and industries. We especially value curiosity – which you certainly have, otherwise you wouldn’t have read this far.
You’ve probably already guessed that our team members also have strong personalities. What might surprise you is that titles play a secondary role for us. Good ideas are much more important to us. We encourage and challenge ourselves until we find the best possible solution. And only then are we satisfied.
We’re proud of the camaraderie within our team. We enjoy learning a lot from each other, not least because we treat each other with respect. And if someone isn’t quite sure how to celebrate a success with us, we show them that too.

AxentiQ is a young company with many years of experience in the IT industry. Founded in 2019, it has been providing management consulting services with a focus on information and communications technology.
Our company philosophy is oriented toward the needs of the current IT landscape, taking future-oriented technologies into account. And we do so with a solution-oriented approach. This factor is too important not to emphasize again here. What we offer? Comprehensive consulting from strategic orientation to implementation.
